Clinic marketing from reputation data: ready-made patient acquisition campaigns
How the PraxiOps Marketing Hub turns your medical practice's reviews, sentiment and AI visibility into ad copy, campaign plans and a shareable PDF.
Most medical practices sit on valuable data: average rating, patient sentiment, AI visibility, published content. What's missing is the time to turn it into marketing. The Marketing Hub in PraxiOps closes exactly that gap — it reads the data PraxiOps already collects and turns it into concrete, ready-to-use marketing actions.
The four building blocks
Readiness Scorecard
A 0–100% score across eight signals — each one links straight to the screen that closes the gap.
Channel Checklist
The same signals as simple done / not-done tasks you can work through step by step.
Ad Copy Generator
Google Ads headlines, a social caption with hashtags and a patient email — grounded in your real numbers, never invented.
Campaign Planner
Pick a goal and channels, get a step-by-step plan you can save and execute.
The Campaign Planner in five steps
- 1
Open the Marketing tab in your dashboard and check the Readiness Scorecard first — it shows which channels are actually ready.
- 2
Choose a goal, e.g. “Attract new patients”, “Collect more reviews” or “Promote a service”.
- 3
Select the channels you can realistically run: Google Ads, social media, email, your website or your public profile.
- 4
Press “Generate plan” — you receive an ordered sequence of steps with content for each step.
- 5
Press “Save plan”. It is stored as an active campaign for your practice and visible to your team.
Exporting as PDF
- 1
Generate what the PDF should contain: the campaign plan, the ad copy, or both.
- 2
Press “Export PDF” at the top right of the Marketing Hub.
- 3
The PDF is built on our servers and downloads automatically — the filename includes your practice name and the date.
- 4
The PDF language follows your interface language, including right-to-left languages.
Worked example
- A dermatology clinic with 4.6 stars and 180 reviews wants more new patients.
- Readiness: 62%. Strong reputation, but the public profile is incomplete and no social account is connected.
- After five minutes of profile work and connecting Instagram, readiness rises to 80%.
- The generator produces headlines like “Dermatology care rated 4.6 by 180 patients” — with no invented claims.
- Plan: Google Ads + social + email, including sequence and a results review after two weeks.
- One PDF with the plan and all copy goes to the practice manager, who runs the campaign.
Good to know
- The hub gives you the text and the plan — you still publish the ads in Google Ads or social yourself.
- Generated copy never invents reviews, statistics or medical promises.
- Plans and copy you save are visible to everyone in your practice.
- Re-generate whenever your reputation data changes; the output follows your latest numbers.
